How what you are thinking and feeling about your body
will most definitely be created?

As an Abundant Babe, I can tell you are beginning to see that you create your reality and the results you are attracting in your life.

When it comes to body image, what you are thinking and feeling about your body will most definitely be created. Do you love your body and notice how beautiful you are when you look in the mirror or do you notice all the things that you don't like and dwell upon those thoughts?

If our thoughts become things, then what are you creating by having these thoughts? Did you realise that you are creating more of that? If so, that's great because now you are aware of it and you can change your thoughts or continue to focus your thoughts onto the way you want to be.

Positive thinking will not be enough here... be aware of where you are at and be real with the facts. Are you over weight? If so, acknowledge it then get over it, change your thoughts and take action toward the wellbeing you deserve. Sound too easy or does it seem hard? Stop and ask youself these very important questions and wite down the answers on a piece of paper:

1. What will happen if I transform my relationship with my body now? How will I look, what will I feel, what will I be saying to myself?

2. What will happen if I don't transform my relationship with my body and continue down my current path? How will I feel, what will I look like and what will I be saying to myself?

Do you want to be vibrant, energetic, healthy, flexible, playful, attractive and live the life of your dreams? Well girlfiend you can and you deserve to!! You are a magnificent beauty and able to create anything you choose.

As you are thinking about how good it feels to be who you really are, notice your thoughts and be aware of why you want to be this! Is it only for you? If you want to be a certain way for someone else, let go of that thought and ask youself how you want to be for you??

Now begin to imaine the way you want to feel about yourself and your body. How do you want to look? what do you want to say to yourself and begin doing that now. Hold these thoughts as frequently as you possible. The secret to results (besides taking action) is to act as if you are that now!

Begin to imagine your body the way you want it to be. Feel the feelings of having your ideal body shape (for you) right now!! See what it looks like and notice what you say to yourself. Imaine how good it feels to exercise regularly and eat the fresh amazing food that you know your body is craving.

Who do you want to enrol to assist you with this journey? Do you need a dietitian, peronal trainer, coach or a good girlfriend to support you in this? Make a list of the people you want to be like in the area of health and watch your world transform before your eyes.
